1. The Board reviewed and then signed a request for special state permission under
M.G.L. Chapter 58 Section 8, to abate unpaid taxes on parcel #091253000.
2. The Board reviewed and then approved the reassessment of parcel #081157000
for fiscal year 1998.
3. The Board reviewed an analysis of overlay accounts and then approved the release
of a total of $450,000 from the fiscal year 2004 and 2005 accounts. The Board
then signed a letter to the Town Accountant listing the amounts released and the
remaining balances in those accounts.
4. The Board read a series of letters relating to the request by the owner of parcel
010002000 for copies of some old abatement applications on his property. There
was a letter from the taxpayer to the Secretary of State, a response to that letter
from the Administrative Assessor and a letter from the Secretary of State
agreeing with our decision to not provide copies of those abatement applications.
5. The Board denied a fiscal year 2006 application for clause 41A exemption
by the owners of PIN 70-38.
6. The Board granted FY2006 Community Preservation Act exemptions to the owners
of the following parcels: 68-7

7. The Board denied FY2006 Community Preservation Act exemptions to the owners of

8. The Board discussed the upcoming Town Meeting. It was noted that Chairman of the
Board Richard Gorden planned to attend on the first night and would make a motion
regarding our budget if necessary.
